About this neighborhood

Gunbarrel sits northeast toward Longmont, with a real variety of housing, everything from condos to country-club homes, on generally larger yards than central Boulder. The LoBo Trail, Twin Lakes, and a cluster of good breweries anchor the everyday, and you can join the country club without living in it. Tech campuses, parks, and newer schools are all close. It is more car-oriented and a longer run to downtown Boulder, but the trail connectivity and the value are both better than people assume.
